By playing OverLevelGame you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
About the game
- OverLevelGame is a free and independent game, maintained by the game developer (an individual, in Brazil).
- The game is in beta. It may change, go offline or be shut down at any time. In case of a serious bug, progress may need to be adjusted or reset.
- There are no in-game purchases today. If that changes, the purchase rules will appear here first.
Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Anyone under 18 needs permission from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- The nickname cannot offend, discriminate against or impersonate another person. Such nicknames may be changed or removed, and the account may be hidden from the leaderboard.
What is not allowed
- Cheating, editing saves or using programs and bots to play or to climb the leaderboard.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to gain an advantage on the leaderboard. If you find a bug, report it on Discord.
- Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the site or the game servers.
- Selling, buying or sharing accounts.
Anyone who breaks these rules may be hidden from the leaderboard or have their account removed.
Ownership of the game
- The code, art, music, texts and the name "OverLevelGame" belong to the game developer. Copying, redistributing or publishing the game, or parts of it, without written permission is not allowed.
- People who created weapons and classes for the game are credited inside it.
- Suggestions, ideas and bug reports sent during the beta may be used freely in the game, without creating any authorship rights or payment.

Applicable law
These terms follow the laws of Brazil. If they change, the new version appears here with the updated date.
